Keeping the anti reflection properties is very important. I see the screen protector does keep some of that l, but not quite. One of the best features of the s24u is the anti reflection. Maybe it's best without any screen protectors.
It's a shame there aren't any anti-reflection tempered glass screen protectors that isnt matte but this will do. The anti-reflection is probably my favorite feature and can't wait to get mines next week.

I got this screen protector for 'free' with my S24 ultra, but its not even worth that! It really is not a great product.
Its edges are sharp, so swiping from the far left/right is uncomfortable. It also smudges so easily. I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone pays extra for it!
I unfortunately bought it and the edges really suck for gestures. It could easly be wider to cover the whole screen. My case, and the new samsung cases do not cover the screen so this is not a problem
Exactly, I just applied it, and it's so bad, it's not as wide as it needs to be, and the edges are horrendous, scratches my finger on the edges

Samsung is not providing 7 years of software update. I am wondering if they will keep up the supply of the official peripherals like this AR screen protector and the cases up to 7 years.

Don't buy this. It's really not worth the money. It is a pain to install perfectly and dust runs along the edges
Got news for you, most screen protectors collect dust around the edges. I tried a few popular ones for my s24 plus and sadly quality has gone downhill.
I installed it because the Samsung screen protector was free, but after using it for 15 seconds it made the phone feel cheap as it was not smooth with the S-Pen. Since the screen is flat now a tempered glass screen protector is the only way to go since they can be fully adhesive now without having to use liquid and UV lighting. If the standard Samsung screen protector was any good they would have installed it from the factory.
s24 series is already easier , only top and bottom part. s22 & s23 serirs is separated into 3 parts

The sharp edges with the Samsung leather case really annoyed me so I took it off straight away. I'm glad it was free with the phone.
The ESR glass screen protector I put on goes right to the edge. Samsung could have easily done this as a film protector is thinner than a glass one.

So in your opinion... is this the best anti-reflective FILM option for the S24 U that you've tried? I know there are a few tempered glass protectors that claim to have anti-reflective properties, but the reviews for those products all seem to indicate the obvious fact that glass reflects a great deal and is nowhere close to the S24U built-in Gorilla Armor glass screen anti-reflection. Tempered glass protectors seem to provide the greatest anti-scratch protection (compared to film protectors). BUT I had good fortune (and good luck admittedly) to have owned a Note10+ with the factory installed film protector for 5 years and luckily survived many drops from 3 to 4 feet (using a rugged protective case) where the film protector was looking beat up with small nicks and scratches and small bubbles after 5 years but amazingly was ABSOLUTELY pristeen like new underneath when I traded that device in to get the S24 U. Not much in my pocket other than keys and small change to come into contact with the screen anyway, but still observed those nicks and scratches after 5 years which is expected. I'm tending towards staying with film protection only because most film protectors seem to be very compatible with many cases because of their thin design, and film seems to cause little to no interference with in-screen fingerprint scanners. Any thoughts? I do like the original anti-reflective native screen on the S24U and wouldn't mind a decent film protector that could provide basic scratch protection (i.e. I don't plan on dropping a steel ball from distance on my phone and I don't carry mineral markers in my pocket). Just sayin'. 😉

How does the S pen feel on the plastic protector? Way back on my Note 3 I put a plastic protector. The pen had a tendency to "dig" into the protector if pressed too hard. I realize that was a long time ago. But I haven't purchased a plastic protector since then. A little resistance is not a big deal, as it will be more like writing on paper. I just don't want to have the same issue I had before.

I had to switch from using gestures on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro to using a 3 button bar. Cause the gesture/edge panel sucks. The edge panel only works on portrait and I personally think the status bar or notification bar is to thin and is only barely under the camera under certain apps. But in most apps it looks seamless because it matches the color of the app.
The screen protector was bad. I did everything like their video showed but it had a line going through the middle horizontally (and I got dust under my first try). So I was like screw it I'm going to just do it again cause I felt like I messed up. But once it did it again I saw the same line and I thought there was something under the protector causing the line so I peeled of the corner. But there was nothing. So I decided to keep it as it is (even with the corner slightly peeled off). I'm OK with the s24 ultra rn but a bit disappointed. Also screen protector doesn't feel good with gestures.

not easy to scratch but i would say micro scratches will show as the stock ones normally do

The screen protector was too small and sharp, and it gave me micro cuts on my thumbs when I swiped back. I tried four different ones from three different packs, but they all had the same problem.
I hope someone figures out an anti-reflective glass, protector that’s comparable to the phone screen itself.
its not that great its quite sharp on the edges and is plastic it will prevent scratches but probably not harsh drops, i will look for a different one for long term

Not everyone is a big fan of AI. Samsung said they are going to add on AI feature on S24 some of those maybe exclusive and some of them you may even pay to use on monthly basis or to unlock over the life of the phone. If you read the fine print AI feature will end in 2025 from then samsung will make you pay in order to use these AI feature. So think twice before buying S24 unless you don't mind paying all these stuff monthly.😊😅😮
Or simply enjoy it like any other phone in the past and just use what you want to.

This OEM Samsung screen protector is an absolute joke as it's overpriced as the S24 has a flat screen now so a full adhesive tempered glass screen protector is the only way to go and you can pick up a pack of three for less than $5. Just my two cents.
