Cyberpunk Edgerunners is Stupidly Glorious

An adaptation of Cyberpunk 2077, Cyberpunk Edgerunners is the long awaited collaboration between CD Projekt Red and Studio Trigger, an original story inside the world of this franchise. And boy oh boy is this anime a doozy.

About the nudity, you need to recognize that the women are not the only naked ones. The naked time for men is close to that of women and the focus is not on the bounce, nudity is normalised most of the time. Also in most relations in the show the women initiate the love encounters in a very normal and natural way. I think they are going the right way with nudity as a normal part of life and not shaming nor glorifying it.

I completely agree, my comment on that regard was more nitpicky and that's why I added that observation, when compared to most animes Cyberpunk is a 100 times more mature in that department lol.

In case of both arcane and edgerunners the netflix is just a distributor, meaning they just provide a platform to watch those movies.
It is like saying that youtube's video essey departament brought us this video.

You're right, my bad! The "Netflix original series" label fooled me, your comment made me search more about it and I found out there's all these weird diffences between between Arcane and Cyberpunk, for example, which are distributed by Netflix, to Devilman Crybaby, which is licensed by Netflix (dunno what changes), and Sea Beast, which was indeed produced by Netflix.

There are Mayor's, governors and presidents in the cyberpunk world. Heck you have to solve a Mayor's murder in the video game and presidential elections were part of the story back in the tabletop days...

I have absolutely NO ISSUES with this show, this show is to me virtually PERFECT even the stuffs you mention as nitpicks are just that.....nitpicks and non of them bother me, the contrary I think some are some of the stuff I missed from old anime shows, the long scenes, the nudity. the edginess.......it's been forever to me since I watch a project that have all that in a way that still enhanced the universe and not feel like cheap budget cuts or plain FANSERVICE, every emotional scene hit HARDER and the ending destroyed me (in a good way)....and I disagree with everyone saying this need it more episodes....the fact this was done so well in just 10 episodes is perfect, and make it so easy to go back and watch it all again.
