I hate it when hosts try to sound smart and insightful and use the guest as a prop to attract clicks so that audience can think the host is so knowledgeable.

Nitin, Having some insider info, I can tell you that The single biggest reason for Unrealistic prices in Real estate is the "Black money". Real estate ecosystem funds elections for politicians & Govt big time. Black money can be curbed by 80% if circle rates (Govt rates) is increased to the actual market rate & reducing registration stamp duty cost to 1%. Then everyone would be paying same registration charges but entire sale consideration becomes white & not black. But Govt would never do this simple thing because they want the source of black money. simple as that.,.

Even though Nithin runs one of largest broking company in india. He was taking about the risk involved in options and futures if you see hew would make more money from this person because of brokerage and other charges.Both the founders are boon to the country. Thanks for the knowledge provided

he will not fix targets to employees the reduction in volatility will give lot of revenue to governemnt and brokerage revenue by default to broking firms.

♦ Hi Nithin ♦.. you dont need to advertise at all. Its our own "Word of Mouth" that scales your business to Higher Highs. I started from 2021, and since then recommended at least 10 friends who are finally trading through Zerodha on regular basis. In fact, instead of charging 200, you can easily make it 999. Its just a smooth sailing with Zerodha on a rough sea of share market. Thank you Zerodha for giving us such an User Friendly interface. I simply love Zerodha.
The biggest scam or mis-definition is that investing is not a zero sum game. If one is selling one is buying isnt it? and if the view does not hold true and the price corrects negatively isn't it eventually the current holder pays out of his pocket - not immediately but in due time. So, I dont see how this narrative that is going around the internet holds true.

I’ve been making a lot of losses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
I will advice you should stop trading on your own if you keep losing.
If you can, then get a professional to trade for you I think that way your assets are more secure.

had glitch due to zerodha and zerodha said they will refund me my loss and now they are not not refunding, loyal customer of zerodha from 2021 , the refund value is not even 5% of the brokrage i generated for them , they are absolute fraudsters .
