Excellent for clarifying resulting trusts Marcus. Having trawled through mt assigned text books and thousands of words you have provided so much clarity I cannot believe how simple it all seems now. So allow me to say thank you and pls keep them going.

Please please do a video on Constructive Trusts Marcus - you are a godsend and I am now a dedicated disciple of yours! Exam in May 2019 and would really appreciate your brilliant way of cutting through the garbled legalise and telling it like it is.

I promise it is next in the queue but with the Easter break coming up I just don't know when I will get round to it! Will do my best to get it out in time for your exam -- scout's honour!

@@marcuscleaver Thank u so much - you have no idea how much you have helped me - I am now grappling with how I would reconcile obiter in Stack and Dowden with the single legal owner case of Lloyds and Rosset as folk are in practice taking a more modern approach but the Rosset case is still supposed to be authority on single legal owners. I do look forward to your snappy guidance.

Yeah, but which part! That's my problem with trusts it's not that they are hard it's that the sheer amount of question I could be asked on one topic is very large.
      I'm fucking balding!

Hi! This is really helpful, thank you soooooo much!! But I really hope you could explain more on how to answer questions relationg to this whole topic in the exams :( Perhaps an outline or how to structure my answer, for both essay and problem solving questions. Thank you!

what is the role played by resulting trust in the identification of property interest

  • @kellywells1771

If the first trustee leaves in its trail fraud and many infractions were brought up to the 2nd trustee would that trustee (court appt.) be responsible to make the first trustee acct. before making settlement of the trust..in other words a court appointed trustee must bring to the courts attention that fraud has been committed?
