In terms of the common intention of the constructive trust, what happens if A and B paid for the house without a mortgage and B and C paid for the mortgage? ( C had been doing renovations)
please please please do videos on proprietary claims and tracing and one on the liability of strangers (thrid parties to the trust) it will save me for my exam in two weeks ! You explain topics so well as the notes and textbook are confusing
Is someone agrees to sell another person something and receives money but then refuses to hand over the goods in return, would a constructive trust be found over the money or the goods?
