THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! I am deeply honoured to have been mentioned at the start of this and truly appreciate that you took the time to do this video. Your videos are an essential revision tool. My exam is on 31 May and once that is over I shall be going back for the summer to my job as an actress playing Lady Catherine de Bourgh from Pride & Prejudice at The Jane Austen Centre in Bath and as I know you are a big fan of Jane Austen, I shall think of you as I guide American tourists around Bath relating Jane Austen's story!

Hey Marcus, would you consider making online courses for medical law, company law and criminal evidence? Those are the modules I'm doing next year and I would be willing to pay double the price.
Ps. Your employment law course has really helped me a lot. Thank you! :)

In terms of the common intention of the constructive trust, what happens if A and B paid for the house without a mortgage and B and C paid for the mortgage? ( C had been doing renovations)

Is someone agrees to sell another person something and receives money but then refuses to hand over the goods in return, would a constructive trust be found over the money or the goods?
