  • You should submit your SG Arrival Card within 3 days prior to the date of your arrival in Singapore, to avoid unnecessary delays during immigration clearance
Here: eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarriva... or via the MyICA app.
SG Arrival Card is the electronic version of the paper DE card that every foreign visitor must present for immigration clearance.
Please note that the SG Arrival Card is not a visa. The use of the SG Arrival Card e-Service is free of charge.
    0:20 - Retrieve passport information (Pre-fill)
Now you can retrieve your passport information automatically. Upload or scan the passport to pre-fill the personal information. Please ensure the machine readable zone of the passport is captured. Otherwise fill the details manually.
    0:55 - Health Declaration
    1:10 - Group Submission
You can submit the SG arrival card for others by clicking the add traveller button.
    Enter trip information
Last city or port of embarkation before Singapore. Purpose of travel. Mode of travel. Air, land or sea. Mode of transport. Select the airline and flight number. Type of accommodation. Name of hotel, Residential address or you are just transiting, on a day trip. Date of departure is the date you leave Singapore. Next city or port of embarkation after Singapore. Check the Same as Last City box, if you are returning to where you travel from.
You can download the PDF and a copy will be sent to your email immediately after submission.
    2:24 - Add Trips
You may add up to 3 days for yourself in this submission. Do note that your trip must be within 3 days.
SG Arrival Card is the electronic version of the paper disembarkation/embarkation (DE) card (or commonly known as the white card) that foreign visitors are currently required to submit on arrival.
SG Arrival Card is not a visa. The use of the SG Arrival Card e-Service is free of charge.
Submission of the SG Arrival Card is one of the basic entry requirements to visit Singapore.
You can either access it via the website or download the mobile application, MyICA, from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
If you are travelling in a group, one member of the group can opt to use "Group Submission" and apply for himself/herself as well as the other members of the group. One group submission is capped at a maximum of 10 persons. The trip details of the lead traveller (i.e. first traveller) will be replicated for all members in the group. You can choose to amend the trip details of any member in the group if he/she has an itinerary different from the lead traveller by unchecking the box, "Same as Lead Traveller". The "Group Submission" is meant for a group of persons who are travelling to Singapore together for one trip. You cannot submit the SG Arrival Card for multiple trips under "Group Submission".
    4:20 - Update a Submission
You can update your arrival information via "Update a Submission", provided the record has not expired. The arrival information you have submitted for each trip expires
    i) after the date of the arrival; or
ii) after you have made your trip, whichever is earlier.
You will need the following to do the update:
a)Reference number on the acknowledgement message which you received upon successful submission of information.
    b)Your passport information.
