  • Washington Wizards guard Spencer Dinwiddie knows better than most that there's to perform at your best. After he tore his ACL a second time and saw his basketball career slipping away, he linked up with top experts and developed strategies to optimize his recovery and start his journey back to the court.
In this episode of #WhosInterviewingWho, Spencer sits down with top neuromuscular therapist Barrence Baytos and physical therapist Fabrice Gautier to talk through the key components that lead to successful athlete rehab and recovery. Taking into account everything from mindset to nutrition to daily recovery, our three guests share their unique perspectives on the best ways for athletes to take care of their bodies in order to maximize their abilities and continue playing the sports they love.

Spencer seems like a smart dude. Almost reminds me of a young Kobe. I hope he gets a chance to really shine in the upcoming seasons.

I truly appreciate the perspective and insight. Hope that an extended version will drop sometime down the line.
I would love to hear more on the topic, as I had surgery myself and am currently going through the process of recovery.
Much love and respect to everyone who put this together.

If you didn't know Dinwiddie in Brooklyn, you'll know him in Washington. He is my favorite player in the league and I'm so happy to see him healthy and with a bigger role

Stretch in a hot tub after 5 mins. Consider what hot water does to boiling meat. Of course, replenished after if trying to maintain performance.
