The house you went into in Sark was the hq for the Germans during ww2 lol it's been boarded up now lol wish you had more time to see the true wonders of the place only a couple of days later and the weather turned gorgeous

Well, I can always come back! 😉 Despite the bad weather, I enjoyed Sark a lot! Also the only island wich is small enough to get a good impression in one day. Well, enjoy Amsterdam! I've heard it's almost as impressive as the Republic of the Dordrecht...almost 😉

Guernsey may not be part of the UK but it is British and therefore no surprise that the breakfast was British.
