Who what never would think you have to brake a belt in like that a timing belt you do not have to brake in! Love you guys stay safe and tell Mike to wear the seatbelt!!!!!!!
Awesome, I just finished my polaris ranger from iaa and didnt know about belt break in, keep the vids coming and check front and rear diffs mine had water in the rear diff and i had to revuild the whole front end.
I started watching your channel when you were doing the big Volvo tractor. I find that type video, where you are doing extensive repairs to return a damaged vehicle to as new, interests me more than repairing and modifying this little off road vehicle.
I would add a gusset plate to the rear to reinforce the rear tie rods. That metal has been stressed and will cave in again on a hard hit. Bolting up that rear plate or better yet welding it to the rear bulkhead will keep the Rear strong
Don't know how much you guys know about clutches, perhaps not much seeing how you didn't know you needed to break the belt in lol. But a few tips incase you did not know. It is a good idea to wash the new belt in dish soap and let dry (gets the material off from manufacturing process). You likely have debris in clutch from previous belt blow out. Would be a good idea to at least blow out clutches with compressed air and clean the sheaves. Be better to pull clutches and give a thorough cleaning, make sure primary bearing spins freely. I would not be surprised if clutch alignment is off causing the belt issue as well seeing what this rzr has been through. Just a few things.
Don't do speakers, better yet just get 2 portable bluetooth speakers and play off it. instead of side view mirrors, get one rear view mirror so when you are going thru narrow areas it's very helpful. Winch, get a good Winch! Also change the air filters make sure there is no water and clean out the air filter tub, there should be a small drain valve under it. obviously check all fluids and check all bearings.
@@NikoBrothers you had tons of fans asking you questions. I’m sure you could have responded. Not a good look when your trying to build a channel. Just sayin.
Yes, would like a video with price breakdown, etc.. Glad you guys are back!

You guys got a great deal on that RZR. I’ve been looking at the auctions. That was a great price. Keep up the great work.
It’s hard to find them that cheap!
Another beautiful rebuild. Thanks for the free content.

Great repair, live and learn that's the way. Great video
Great job getting that wee car ready guys. Maybe that's what they mean by ripping it up (you have to rip the belt to shreds)😁
Enjoy your video very much you make it look so easy thumbs up
Hey at least the mowing got done in the back yard lol
Those LED lights and LED bar are dope!
Hey guys it’s great to see you posting videos again.

Fun way to mow the back yard!!!!! :-)
Nice seat harness on stock seats
Do they sell replace pieces for the frames? Can score one from a friend but he smacked a tree and the front of the frame is bent.
thank you for this video Please keep it up 👏👏👏

Looking at doing this myself. Would love to know the total.
Thanks for the video
What's with all the different tires?
I’m pretty sure you have to break in the belt, unless you guys already did it and didn’t record it
Awesome build hate to see how much actual time was put in 😅😅
Nice video!
Very nice 👌
If u dont mind me asking, how much did it cost to fix?
Parts on these older models are pretty cheap I’ve had people give me stock ones for free! That’s how I rebuilt my totaled rzr for free 😂
2 different tires on each side???
Who knew a Razor can be used as a lawnmower!!
😂
What did u do for the the door fix that was bungie corded ?
Bring on the racetrack episode. The engine sounds a bit rattly (could do with a rebuild) and an after market exhaust would make it sound good
Take it to Carolina adventure world.
How come the tires dont match
Fantastic guys
Odd that you didn’t get a set of matching tires....
Or at least put matching pairs front to back.
Or at least put matching pairs front to back.
Like always run Polaris belt in it
OEM belts only
Well grass is trimmed
Cool, 🙌🏻
Keep it up 👍
Where did you guys find wrecked ATVs at? Copart?
What happened to the Cobra?
Where is the burnt up Cobra ??
It has to be painted to go with the headlights.
do you want to sell it?
Take your toy to Carolina Adventure World
That’s where we are going :)

Who ever heard of having to break a belt in like that? Not me
Nice belt breakin lmao NOT!!!!!
Order a Polaris belt

I was gunna subscribe but I can’t stand when TH-camrs won’t respond to their fan’s questions. Now you get a down vote and an unsubscribe.
We are sorry just very busy and we can't always get to every question, what was your question ?
It's hard to responded to everyone

Where is the Cobra?
