Life saver
So this happened to me just now on my Slim, what I did is that I took the hard drive out, clean out the inside with the can of air with small amounts so no air fluid or moisture goes in plus farther away a bit. Did the same on the drive itself, let the drive cool off from heat, and put it all back together. Don’t have to get a new hard drive unless I need to so I dunno if this might help

If you guys are still having this problem it's cuz you're hard drive is corrupted and you have to replace it and when you replacing it get a laptop hard drive it should be 500 GBR 2tb

On the back theirs a plate remove that and unscrew the black screw and then pull on the black piece

Okay.. so this happened to me and it wasn’t the hard drive it was just dusty inside after getting sitting for a while I just aired it all out with a can of air and it booted right up!! If anything happens I’ll update this comment!!

For anyone watching this and getting the same code or problem if you remove the hard drive and clean where the connection is with rubbing alchohol and put it back and it should work good as new

I’m on same boat. I think I caused the problem though as I pulled the power cord out from back of the ps4 a couple of times because I got annoyed because my sound bar turned on the PS4 when I was powering on on the Switch. 😢

Hard drive panel on the back. Remove that panel to get access to the drive. You will need a very small screwdriver to remove the screw holding the hard drive in place. I did all these steps and the error returns.
Can say I was jus heartbroken when this happened to me, went and bought some duster and it turned right on
