Welcome to this report of SN's Business Class product , it may not be as refined and LH's or BA's but still manages to deliver a great experience and that is thanks to the quality service of the crew , here is were the airline shines and i can tell you already in the flight back to Madrdi the quality service was consistent.
As you can also see the Puerta de Alcala lounge in MAD T2 has one of the best spotting views any lounge can offer , the food was the week point ,but when you are so distracted by those flying beauties not many of us have time to eat.
In october i will visit this lounge again as i will be testing Air Europa ,so get ready for another mini session.
Yes my cell phone was stolen in Brussels in one of the Metro station , some trips go well ,others don't. Be safe and take care of your belongings anywhere.

Cool report. The flight seems decent. I think the meal is a bit underwhelmed, and I expect it to have more things in the tray. Also, I would like to see you fly Air Europa one day, because I haven't seen you flown with them before 😄
Air Europa is coming in october . I think this Business Class product is similar to what Aer Lingus will introduce next month since the meal will also be from the Bistro menu. But the service was great , thx 4 watching.
Just watched the whole video and loved it from the shots in Brussels to the end! But my favourite part was definitely the spotting from the lounge. There is so much to see! Imagine how cool could it be living at these little villages on the top of the hills in the background. :D And that huge cross around there was so amazing! A massive thumbs up, amigo! Hope you're doing well! ;)
Thank you so much Istvan glad u liked it, yes that cross is huge and was watching over that spotting session all the time , that village has the best view of the entire MAD airport i would say. For me it was a great flight for one reason : the crew. Pity one cannot film the crew but their service was truly warm and freindly. Greetings from Athens , my final project of 2019. Emmanuel.
