The point in 1:30 ruins the song. If it wasnt there the song would be perfect. That "dubstep" part just doesnt fit in and its not good. Otherwise, lit song.

Unpopular opinion i guess? But i feel like that techno beat is good to create contrast between the melodious sections - makes the slow part more impactful? Not trying to convince you - i know everyone has their own preferences in music.

Yes, you can do that, but you need to do it right so that it would feel like a single flow, it's not there in this track. I was recently listening to the battle theme song "Scaramouche" from genshin impact and between the phases there is also a different sounding piece, not just different in style but even in sound quality, which was added there just because you needed something to fill it in. In both cases the same problem, just here it is much more revealed
Yeah, I feel like the overall melody was quite inconsistent with the bridge being very neutral. Perhaps I just have high expectations after watching KDA's "The Baddest" which follows a similar-ish kind of style...
At this point don't put the lyrics of this song. it's better without the lyrics. So far the best dislyte character songs are refuge, techtomania and the sky. abigails 2nd theme ( not the roses ) and yun chuan theme takes the cake too. PS: seems other themes of abigail than the main theme is not available now in YT. If you find them, link them here
