You can use Isopropyl solution to clean inside board and also the screen it will remove all sticky dirt on screen and also it is safe for IC boards. Thanks for this useful informative video 👍
IPA is safe for electronics but not for screen. Alcohol will damage the Anti glare coating. For screen you should only use Microfiber cloth with Distilled water. Samsung in their Support website also recommends not to use any sort of alcohol for TV's. This applies to monitors and mobile phones as well.
For all guys waiting to try this: Remember that you guys are blocking the input voltage of one side of pixels and so after you did tape and turn on the TV the flicker will disappear but when you try to play high quality or very colorful contents you'll see some area of TV screen has low quantity or like reduced color. It happens as the pixels aren't getting the required full voltage. Even though it removes flicker it will slowly reduce the life time of that pixel row and so it is said as temporary solution. Rework is not allowed in any authorised service centre. They will replace only the full board. Proper facility for rework and quality check not possible at service centre. So any brand they will recommend only replacing the failure boards.

Lol, this is panel problem only and what Xiaomi asked for repair is of course much but not too much as they put you new original SAMSUNG panel 55" ,with local repairers you can put 55" panel for low cost but not as good quality as original panel because SAMSUNG panels are sold only to brands ., About the repair ,this is just bypass usually the panel fully shorts after 8-9 months ,but its based on usage and luck . ,for some people I repaired it has worked for 2.5years , and your TV has already worked for 5 years which is standard now , Tv's nowadays have heavy competition and it has become a toy that many new child's are playing ,and manufactured knowingly in Low quality ., even panels from Samsung nowadays are like that If you have older Lcd Tv's , its proabaly still working good because at that time only SONY ,Samsung ,LG are the major brands.
Why the company didn't gave the Scaler PCB 1. Its not MI panel its pure Samsung panel Panel (manufacturing companies didn't provide the part seperately) 2. If they provide the Part How you guys fix to panel?? Need panel bonding Machine to fix this its cost around 4lakhs 🤷🤷
