I tried all solutions available on internet including TH-cam but non of them worked.
But one thing that worked is -
1. Close all apps running in background.
2. Turn on Aeroplane mode then turn off
3. Restart your smartphone.
It's worked!!!!

I am trying to download a movie,using vpn i can easily download the movies but when i switched to jio. vpn is not connecting properly it always show connecting...i tried to fix the problem by searching youtube videos none of them worked to me untill i watch your video. I faced the same Problem in jio So u need to just Reset your APN Settings Check Again It will Get Solved...

I have also faced the same issue.........I have a solution for that..
First Remove your JIO SIM from the smartphone where you having an issue then insert the JIO SIM on another 4g smartphone then use any website in that other smartphone for 5- 10 minutes then remove the sim from other smartphone then reinsert that sim in your own smartphone ....... Now, all websites will work on your smartphone which you have problem with.....
