Nice modification on the stand. I did something similar to one of mine but instead of a metal washer as a foot i used rubber coated ones from an old lamp, the rubber doesn't slide on the concrete. I like the wooden stands for the blocks, i like reusing stuff.
Thank you, I just can't see paying a bunch extra for built in roll stops when I can add them myself. I wanted something better for the feet but didn't put in enough effort to figure something else out. I just threw a couple peices of wood under the feet to screw down on. As far as the wooden caddys go, I check my local DIY lumber store for discounted lumber and pick it up cheap and build the caddys as I need them. Sadly though I haven't mastered the design yet so no two are actually alike. LOL

This is not a bad idea. I think I'm going to do this with the engine stand I am biulding.
