And being practical lang, kasi the cost of this property is probably same sa small one bedroom condo lang!😬 so now all in one na, may bahay, office, staff house, storage, workshop, and pang business pa❤ hoping for the best!🤞
And i think ang condo hindi syo ang lupa just the unit. So in the long run very good investment ang kinuha ni ms elle and can be a profitable source of income later on.
I was apprehensive during the selection of tiles and paint color but I was surprised sa outcome. You nailed it again Miss Elle!!! 💗

Na-discover ko si Ms. Elle nung pandemic and ever since, nanonood na talaga ako ng videos niya. Nakakasaya ng puso kasi makita na nata-transform ni Ms. Elle yung rooms/houses. Nakaka-amaze yung galing niya! Also, it makes you inspired na magpursigi para one day, magkakaroon ka ng place you can call home. Yung alam mong pinaghirapan mo talaga. Pero I also would like to talk about how her staffs are comfortable working with her. Nakikipagbiru-an, nagbibigay ng suggestions, etc. Ang saya lang nila panoorin. Can't wait to see the final outcome of her project. Way to go, Ms. Elle and team. 😊😊😊

This shade of pink and green! I actually love the combo of the two color and its great that miss Elle found the best pastel shades ❤ this kitchen design is very lively yet calming, its giving the unit so much character. Its like a cute french apartment.
