Brian Tobias You don’t have to sacrifice anything. You schedule and organize your time effectively so you don’t have to stop seeing friends or family. Working 24/7 on your business is not the most effective or efficient way to grow and become successful.

Not new but how to win friends and influence people is a classic. Also read about great leaders like alexander the great, specifically things they did. For example alexander would go into battle with his soldiers, everything they did he did as well, he obtained many wounds some deadly ones. He ate with them, he refused to drink water when there wasn't enough for all of them. He took soldiers that didn't have nothing and helped them rise up and feed their families, some of them became straps (kings or leaders) If that isn't a leader idk what is

Love the Ego is the Enemy, that really gets to the heart of what holds a lot of entrepreneurs back. And the ONE Thing, absolutely killer for real productivity instead of just busy-ness
I had a dream I was working and he came in as a customer, and I told him I watch his channel on TH-cam and am thankful for him putting out the helpful content that he does. I also said I can't wait to buy the books he recommended in this video and see how they help with me being a better leader at my job. He seemed so humble, kind, and knowledgeable as he would have to be, to be able to do all the great things he's done.

Leadership of a company does not constitute passive income. It's isn't manual labor, but that doesn't mean that it isn't difficult or mentally and physically taxing.

I mean passive by that he have 100 people who sell for him so he pay them 10%-20% of price that hi told him to sell so wen 100 people working 10 hour's in single day that means 100x10=1000 hour's
If the product that he buyed on alibaba per product and shipping togheter 10$ for one part and after that they sell it fo 40$ in usa,he givs 4$-8$ for every sell to his worker's that means 40$-14$=26$ profit per one single sell
And what you think how much can 100 people sell this product if they working 10 hours per Day to sell it
In one month 1000 hours X 30= 30 000 hours
Mostly one pople can sell 30-40 per day
How much thry can make profit
Time is money...
One men can't work 1000h a day but 100 can
If 100 people sell 3000 parts he have earned around 3000X20-25$
=60 000$-75 000$ in a sing day
And passive income means you earn not correct or exactly amount of dollars per hour or 8 hour's
It means you earn by your intelligence and your own work and your own results
Active income is like working exactly for 15$ per hour

Edit: Schein's book is a good resource to readers of Mastery by Greene. there's a specific in Greene that relates to Schein's but Schein's on a deeper level wherein Greene only broadly stated
