I agree, when I was 16 I had my top ear done with a gun (didn’t know any better then) and it shattered my cartilage. Took years to heal and had a lump on the back of my ear for soo long. After massaging it’s for months and changing the earring to a thicker one it finally went away
And now i am going bananas :P You should never ever do it with a piercing gun, go to a real piercer and do it with needle. :P And change your earings to real ones thats not bad for you....

It is the worst place to go because they aren’t trained and they use a piercing gun that can’t be completely sterilized and causes a blunt force trauma to the ear. Go to a professional body piercer who uses hollow needles. It is less painful and little to no trauma to the tissue.

In the old days we'd all get together and pierce each others ears. Two pieces of ice to numb your ear lobe and sterilize a need with fire, let it cool wipe it with alcohol and bam pierced ears... Didn't even feel it... never got infected. Many years later after I hadn't worn earring in a while had to get one ear repierced . Went and got the gun thing done. Wow it hurt!
I'm sad to say this Jay, but getting the bicep vein popping is highly genetic (weight distribution and how close those veins are to the surface) and requires a pretty damn low bodyfat %. You would probably see some abs before getting the bicep vein given your composition, honestly. I've had abs and decent biceps but not even a shadow of bicep vein, because I don't even see it on my arm through the skin, the only visible/protruding veins I have are one or two on my forearms and on the inside of my thighs near my knees. That's it. It's still a dream though, and I think with bigger arms it would possibly come out.
