- So in this video I'm going to test the new hero Julian at experience lane
If you don't know yet he is a fighter that deals magic damage
He doesn't have an ultimate which means his powerspike is at level 3 because that's when he can use all his skills

But about the gameplay is broken. He's the only heroes with shortest CD, The skill should be longer and when he hit an enemy hero the skill must cooled down to acquire balance

Paquito and Julian are the heroes with the shortest CD skills and they're skill could enchanted
I want to use him as a tank. He has heal, immunity, cc, poke skills and also has a low cooldown. He can be durable too.
Definitely need some nerf, its either more cooldown or just reduce the base damage/scaling of his enhanced 1st skill, doing 1.2k damage for free is just nuts

And take note his passive(pulling effect) is available when his skills are on cooldown. Even he doesn't have any skills he can pull the target + hp
I noticed he gets damage from both physical and magic damage from his passive, but he receives more physical than magic damage (+100%% Total Physical Attack) (+50% Total Magic Power)
I also noticed the pull can cancel most skills like Lance Ult OR dyroth ult

What amazes me is the insane low cool down he has. Even if he's done using his full combo, it will be back up in no time. Also his second passive allows to keep on battling. There's no downtime for the hero. On the bright side, he can make use of multiple variety of combo thanks to the cool down itself. Maybe making the skill less op or impactful would better compensate for his short cool down.
If i was his enemy i would take advantage of the 5 secs cooldown after his combo cuz at that time hes vulnerable

I bet they're gonna nerf him in a way where each of his skills consume a Ton of his mana or not being able to have spell vamp/magic lifesteal or not being able to use the exact same enhanced skill repetitively. (I know about cd reduction not affecting him but he has such low skill cd that hes a better cyclops and aamon or gus combined.)
Yes exactly in the patch on advance server every skill he uses the mana Is reduced 10%

I just tried him and he is the concrete example of a super OP hero!
Low skill CD, sustain, burst, blink, CC, and dmg.
Lylia: advance skill, spammable 2nd skill, sustain, movement speed buff, AOE burst, HP buff,slow
Julian: 6 sets of combo skills, has an
upperhand once reaches level 3, low CD, sustain,blink,immune cc, airborne burst
Both heroes has damage it's wether who the first one to land a hit
I think his 1st and basic attack needs a nerf, also make him consume more mana to balance out
If a fighter what it needs to be, its just plain bad to nerf mana. Instead, go ahead to nerf his cooldown and compesate his sustainability for his damage imk

@@youngpacho5653 dev often set higher damage for first version of new heroes. If this guy has lower skill 1 damage and low heal from basic attack, he will be so easy to outpoke by any high mobility/ long range heroes, cuz' all of his skill is basically close range. And he need to use his dash first before skill1, if skill 1 has little damage, then he is nothing.

I guess the best way to "balance" him is to put a separate cooldown on his enhanced skills, like how paquito works. maybe put like 15-20 secs per ult form skill, so he wont be able to repeat the combo within the same clash.
Ayo, I actually said the same thing but mine has a mechanic where if you use an enhanced skill that's on cooldown, it will reduce his cooldowns to 2.5 seconds. Maybe also increase his skills' damage with that except for his enhanced first.
Maybe just add a fourth button for his Ult.

@@cannabalia Nah, he does have an Ultimate. His Ult is just depending on the combo, which was the enhanced skills. He have three different ults if you consider it, the term "no ult" is just a gimmick to sell him.

Conspiracy theory: Julian is the fusion of Scorpion and Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat.
The scary part is that he is easy to use. Sure our combo will a clunky at first, but it won't take a long time to master this hero.

Moonton needs to do something about the extremely low skill cooldowns and the crazy Enhanced Scythe (skill 1) damage.
My suggestion is make his skills with different cooldowns or make them get high cooldown in the early game but lower in the late game so Julian won't be able to spam skills every 5s.
Or, the good old stacks trick. Every stacks you put on your enemy will reduce the cooldown of Julian's skills.
Or, presence, like Phov. Everytime your enemies attack you reduce [seconds] CD of all your skills.
Or, kill profit. Every time you kill an enemy you reduce [seconds] CD of all your skills.
Or, other random factors. It's difficult to explain this one. It includes minions, creeps, and heroes. Like Melissa's Passive.
But that's just my opinion. Pick one and tell your thoughts.
I’ll prefer the first one, different cooldown skills will make it bit tricky also increase mana consumption for the skills since Julian rely more with his skills.
Nerf the dmg to oblivion and and remove the cd like kimmy

For a moment I thought I was watching League. Hero after hero release with overloaded kits.
But yeah, to balance him should be really simple. After casting his "ult" give him a long cd on all of his skills.
By doing so if he whiffs his ulti, the opponent can then take that opportunity to reengage for a potential turn around.
Maybe he needs adjust the cooldown because it's overpowered especially early and late game
If we consider the enhanced skill as ult, he can spam his ult every 5-10 second.

yeah, nerf his early game, not to the ground but just much so other EXP laners can properly lane with him, 5s CD + his absurd 1st skill is overboard
Having all 3 skills and 3 ultimates available at level 3 and all skills will be have the same CD after using an Ult is the most OP thing in enough of itself. His enhanced and pulling basic attack is just the cherry on top
What makes the skill combos so OP is that you dont need to hit an enemy unit to get to your Ult. You can always have the option of engaging into a battle using the fitting ult for the fight and to throw off your enemies, after which youll utilize that enhanced basic attack and by the time your enhanced basic attacks ends youve now have all 3 skills available again for the option of 1-2-3, 2-3-1, 3-2-1, 3-1-2, 2-1-3, or 1-3-2 your opponent, and thats insane
Nah other mages like lylia has the upper hand and not only that he's op in next advance server patch lylia will be revamp and and new hero thartz will be joining she has no damage and only 1st deals damage her passive is quite strong for a support every time she deals damage with her 1st skill on enemies her attributes rises I don't about the other skills because she has 4 skills like lunox and pharsa the 4th skill from what I heard from the patches it's blink, immobilize and armor by the way she is the 118 hero thartz (closest friend of nana) harith and nana shippers don't me mad thartz is a girl.
I cant agree that he has no ult for 2 reasons:
1. Using Fleeting Time reduces the cooldown of this 3rd skill so in a sense its considered an ult.
2. Valentina upon copying Julius, only uses his 3rd skill
I'm sure it's because it's his 3rd skill.
For a skill to be considered an ult ,
The skill has to have a longer cool down compared to other skills , and can only be upgraded 3 times. Fleeting time only reduces the 3rd / last skill of a user regardless of it being an ultimate. Valentina also copies the the last skill that's labeled by the system as ultimate.

It’s like selena and roger you can’t consider the 3rd skill as ult even though is technically still a ult.
Well thats normal? Selena's old ult was her 2nd skill since her 3rd was a transform. Although now it changed its still not surprisng that he has no ult since all the ults in game are they're 3rd or 4th skill. Transformation skill's such as Pharsa, Selena, and Roger can be considered as just a transformation. Pharsa's ult is the one reduced while her mist around Verri isnt, cause its not her ultimate. Selena and Roger's are reduced aswell, since its a source of their damage. Unlike Yu Zhong where all his skill's deal damage. Just cause Fleeting Time and Valentina can copy his 3rd skill, Valentina cant copy Verri but its her 4th skill. That can be applied to Julian. I mean his 3rd skill is the only thing available to copy since if she copies his 2nd then she didnt copy his ultimate, she copied his 3rd since its the one that's almost like an ultimate. Also if you do buy Fleeting Time his ultimates cooldown stay's on 5 seconds, its like in practice where when you on "No cd" And build CD reduction item's it wont change the CD reduction items won't work.

He'll get a nerf no matter what. It will be fine if the Devs don't kill what makes him unique, low cooldown and no ultimate. Just toning down the damage a bit would make him balanced but even if we say it the Devs will kill the hero no matter what. Just like what they did to Nathan, Aamon and Valentina this hero might just join them in the graves

i think if u want to use that enhanced skill 1, 3-2-1 is more preferable because using dash (skill 2) first often leads you to awkward positions. Just my opinion tho.
