Hi! This terminal will not directly connect to a cash drawer but you can still log cash transactions on it and just open a cash drawer manually. If you want a PayAnywhere terminal that will connect to a cash drawer, see my video on setting up the E700 POS+

It will take payments via NFC. I am not sure if it will take payments thru Bluetooth. It's a great question. I would have to ask support or check PAX website.

I think you're asking about a SIM card? Yes there is a SIM card installed so the terminal can run independently on its own data plan.

Does this terminal require a paper roll to run or can it be run without one if a receipt printer is already in place?
Yes, the PayAnywhere software will give you the option to print, email, or text. The terminal itself should still operate even without paper.
