What's annoying is everyone forgets what they've said before the Wallin and Nngannou fight. No one felt these were tailor made fights then. Everyone on this show thought and expressed that Wallin and Nngannou would give AJ trouble 🤷🏿‍♂️

    • @christopherstamp5946

      Exactly.
The hate AJ gets is BS.
Triple knee is a repeated quitter - 1 good W name - Hrgovic - where he used his head more than hands - and all of a sudden triple knee is an animal. Ffs.
      Wallin is better than Miller.
The BS to big up people and put AJ down is pathetic.

      @godson479 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

Thank you so much for this comment. I share the same thoughts. I think people's analysis of Joshua's last three opponents vs Dubois' is just lazy and not detailed enough. As much as Dubois did well against Big Baby Miller, especially how he kept pushing forward, you definitely cannot and shouldn't rate Miller above Otto Wallin, who had a good fight against Fury.
Again, many people didn't give AJ any chance against Ngannou, judging from the latter's fight against Fury, until AJ made it easy.
It's personally annoying to me how so-called boxers refuse to acknowledge the knockout power of AJ up till now despite his rich resume in that area.
In summary, I don't see how AJ will allow Dubois to beat him in this coming fight. All things being equal, AJ is going to be very mean, brutal, and deadly against Dubois. For doubters, I look forward to continuing this discussion after the match.

So Joey says "the best version of themselves is what matters" goes on to tear down Ruiz, Parker, Klitchko and Povetkin.
Well...Parker was an Undefeated champ who was avoided by Wilder (who Fury beat to be this so-called king). Ruiz prior to AJ was not long coming off a defeat to Joseph Parker and arguably in many minds won the fight. Now, if you want to talk about the best versions, you can't tell me the version of Klitchko that got beaten by Fury was better than the version that fought AJ and this better highlighted by Joey's own logic placing Klitchko ahead of a an in-form Dubois. The only claim that has merit there is the Povetkin claim and he was beating up on AJ for a while before AJ had to switch the gears and show him the levels. Remember Povetkin would go on to KO Dillian 2 or 3 fights down the line

Not saying Dubois has pillow fists but Miller took the full 10 rounds and Hrgovic was stopped from cuts which were mostly a result from headbutts so..there's that

I think all these sparring stories is a psychological game plan to get into AJs head. This will work in AJs favour for sure. Remember how he dealt with Wallin, 'I'm god', Breazeale, Ngannou etc

I think people forget, AJ is has proved himself time and time again, and tbh I don’t see anyone in the heavyweight apart from Usyk giving AJ problems, this will be a good fight but AJ has the experience, and IQ to handle Dubois, I think people need to give AJ his flowers 🌹

Yup pretty much agree with the general vibe here. I do think if it was a trade match Daniel would take it but no way will AJ fight like that unless he has Daniel hurt. For intelligence and experience aj will get this one most cases I think

I see this fight playing out like when frank bruno fought tyson. Physically both are increadle but the win comes from keeping calm and using your best tools at right time . The face off showed how reactive dubio is he triggered when big bro put some mental pressure on his adrenaline spiked and AJ has all the experience to play him on the night

The problem I have wth this narrative is that did AJ and Dubios spar just once? If they did not spar just once then why is everybody must particular one specific event? What about the other times that they spared?Did Dubios have the better of AJ in more than one occasion? Think about all this before you make your judgements.

Boxing at world level is a very VERY level playing field. What makes the champion is who wants it more. then experience. then youth. If u do the maths u find Daniel wins . So anyone who fancies making a few dollars this weekend put your money on Daniel. Av been right 8 out of the last 9 fights av commented on.

Usyk was busy, always coming forward and AJ was there for 12 rounds, although DD’s power is stronger than USYK’s power, I think DDD is too confident for this fight and that will be his downfall because Parker was this confident and then realised AJ has tightened his weakness that Parker was looking to explore in order to win.
DDD’s team are working on some weaknesses of AJ but they might be surprised when that weakness is no more.
I see AJ winning in a brutal knockout

Every time you throw that shade on AJ. Always say I’m an AJ fan then remove all credit from previous performance and then talk up his opponent from every angle. Dubois went skanky legs from Lerena. Yet I am hearing what a good chin he has. Usyk put Dubois down twice but he has the better chin

When we talk about AJ and Dubois’ power, I can’t help but think about Kevin Johnson. AJ took him out in 2 rounds, whilst Dubois went all 10 rounds with a more over the hill Kevin Johnson. Are we overrating the power of Dubois?

I think the only way that Dubois will make AJ sprint more than he'd like is by Dubois not getting punched too much on his way in, and sincerely, that's very impossible with AJ's accuracy and Dubois lack of head movements.
AJ most likely will determine the pace but will Dubois still come forward after getting hurt a couple of times? We all saw as against Usyk that although Dubois foot work improves when he's on the back foot, he doesn't throw as much when he's on the back foot; if AJ is able to push him back, he might hurt him with his combo
