Watch it in slo-mo and you can literally see his belt-line coming up, all the while Dubois has cocked and is throwing the shot. There's also no question that the blow landed low when looking at it objectively 1- Usyk's belly-button was about an inch below the top of his trunks, max; you can see it showing over the top of his trunks when he walks back to the corner after the 2nd Dubois KD 2- When Dubois' punch landed you can see that the highest point of his glove is the thumb, ie not a knuckle, and it's on the top half of Usyk's belt-line, ie the thumb of his glove was on Usyk's belly-button 3- With #2 in mind, it means that every single knuckle was lower and lower on Usyk's trunks to the point that half, if not more, of his knuckles were completely below the belt-line and were on the material of the shorts 4- Backing up #3, the logo on the back of Dubois' glove was well below the belt-line altogether, and was about centre of Dubois' fist If you don't agree with any of that, check out the vid on my channel. Those boxing shorts should not have large padding in them. They use them to their advantage. Some boxers get to have them really high over the belly button, some lower level boxers will get a warning about it being too high. Remove the padding out of the shorts and have the waist band below the belly button end of discussion 🎉
