Terry Fisher hi Terry, I've got myself a 225 and using a 180 cfm compressor, tell me how long would you estimate the complete paint removal on a 50ft steel vessel (narrow boat)

the product is awesome! glass bead blasting with water base prevents warping of the metal. in this video the user had the sense to put down a canvas! how many people will use this without regards to where the water-based glass bead solution goes ? now the water base solution has paint and Bondo and possibly lead flowing thank you into the storm drains and or the the local creeks or rivers? I think it is important that the dustless blasting company recognizes these potential hazards and make some effort to a dedicated video of how to limit these substances into creeks rivers and lakes. Thank you for considering. comments? please. thanks

Our turn-key mobile units come with everything you need to start a profitable business, and they start at $43,500. We have financing options on our mobile trailers for as little as $4350 down and $980 a month - or our standalone blast pot units start at $5995.

I just read an article or saw a news clip of a guy in a major city that started a business removing bubble gum from the concrete sidewalks. I'm quite sure he was using a high pressure wand connected to a Co2 canister to super freeze the gum and it would chip/blast away. Basically a fire extinguisher with a very tight nozzle. Hope that offers some info. Good luck.

Good point. Though, it is probably easier to recycle the media with the other process in a factory setting.
