Very good run Matt and great close as usual. The incline is sneaky and continuous all the way back though at the turn you were 10:02 so 20:27 isn't too many seconds left behind on the way back.
Cheers Keith, yeah, its very sneaky, takes more out of the legs than you expect it to, I'm sure I can get closer to 20, just need to manage to pace/effort better!
