  • Miami-Dade County buses and the Metrorail service, including the Metromover and MetroConnect will all be free of charge until the end of the year, starting Monday, Nov. 13.
Officials with Miami-Dade County Transit and Public Works said years of planning went into the Better Bus Network after it was approved in 2021 and that it has been a community-led effort for a more reliable, efficient network.

Transit here is a nightmare. It went from me being able to transfer to another bus to keep medical appointments to me getting off the bus and walking 7 blocks and in certain areas there is no service from my area to some areas in the northwest unless I leave from down south an hour earlier than I use to because I have to take more buses than I did before to reach my final destination. These changes are the worst I have ever seen. Makes being stuck in traffic better than a bus ride.

The new bus schedule has made me have to adjust my entire weekly travel patterns. These buses are now jammed-packed because there are fewer passenger pickups than there were before.

They cancelled the E and H routes, and now there is just new 75 route with low frequency.

THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE! THE BUS SYSTEM IS FUNDED BY US! THE TAX PAYERS. WHY TAX US TWICE! FREE RIDES IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!

They should add van buses that can go through neighborhoods that can bring you to city buses

New Bus Routes are Just Confusing. I thought 36A was suppose to replace The J from Airport To 41-Street. And 241 is no longer service. And 93 is replaced by 203… weird Off-going routes today :/

What a ridiculous concept. Costing the taxpayers many hundreds of millions of dollars

Believe me, the passengers are definitely "paying for it". I have had to adjust my weekly travel patterns because there are fewer bus pickups than there used to be.

Not a win at all and next year the director will get his 2 weeks pay after being suspended for 2 weeks in a Bonus check.
