Please try the method in the video first. If the method in the video is ineffective, you can place the phone in a dry place for a day or even longer, wait for the phone to run out of power, and then charge the phone for 60 minutes before turning on the phone

Check if there is any foreign object causing the button to get stuck, if not, then you need to take the phone to a repair center and let them help you solve the problem.
I would also like to ask you how I can copy all of my data, accounts, and emails in safe mode, because I only remember the password for one email. Can copying the data or the flash memory card be able to copy them all?

Your device must be powered on. Press the power button on your Xiaomi Mi. When the power off, restart, airplane mode, wifi mode, etc. menu will be displayed, release the power button. Now, long press the power off word on screen. Keep pressing this word until the Android Safe Mode message is being displayed on your phone. Select to reboot into Android Safe Mode. When done, a dedicated watermark will be displayed on your smartphone letting you know in which environment you are currently on.
@@droigy Bro my phone screen on going any interface and after returning back to home screen shows blurr of previous interface what problem do you think is with my mobile . Screen also blinks on the top near camera .I tried every method but I could not resolve. Please suggest me any thing.

There is a problem with some piece of hardware or with the screen itself. If you want to know the exact answer, you may need to take the phone to a mobile phone shop for a technician to help you check and fix the problem

I couldn't, after a dozen tries I finally just held down start and volume keys together for about 15 seconds and the tablet started and is out of safe mode

How to enable safe mode in Mi phone
Your device must be powered on.
