dark immortality!au for these two. aka the ruin & rising fix it where the darkling comes back, alina does not lose her powers, and they spend hundreds of years with a complicated history and even more complicated future. immortality meets mr. and mrs. smith with some small science thrown in.
i've always wanted to do this and maybe will redo this once we get, you know, REAL FOOTAGE, but this sort of, jumped out. my inspo:
1) start a war by nymja - the fix-it fic for ruin and rising that is EVERYTHING. this is the only true canon in my world idc. everything i wanted and never got (including nikolai & alina). read it here: archiveofourow...
