MAKE AUTHENTIC MEXICAN MOMS SPANISH RICE!

2-cups long grain rice
1 - 14.5oz can whole tomatoes
1- lg garlic clove
1/4 onion
2 Tsp Chicken Knorr
4- cups warm water
2 tbl vegetable oil
Add tomatoes, garlic, onion and water to blender and blend until smooth and liquified.
In a shallow pot heat oil and stir in rice to until light brown and stirring frequently.
Once rice is browned slowly add tomato liquid and chicken Bullion (Knorr) and stir bring to a boil cover and reduce heat.
Cook for 20 minutes remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
With a fork fluff, serve and ..

Yes but needs some peas and carrot. Maybe also some diced green pepper.
