    I just got one of these. I will try the locked-open bolt trick before trying to shoot it.

    I just bought one used and it runs great. It fact the person I bought from used it for deer hunting and even managed to bag a few deer with it

      I ordered the extension from Midway USA and it should be here early next week. So hopefully by next weekend we'll get a video out on it.

    Dam! For that kinda of money and even shooting low end shot. I may get one. Now. Question on locking the bolt back. Is that just trick for a G- force shotguns. Or a trick that should be done with ALL semi-auto shotguns?

    • @chickenshippfarmsandoutdoo4617
      @chickenshippfarmsandoutdoo4617  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is supposed to work on all shotguns. I used this trick on the G-force and my VR60 and the other AR12 in my videos. It seems to have worked well for me. It's definitely cheaper than shooting up a bunch of high brass loads if it helps.

    They work okay until about 150 rounds or less. Then the hammer gets dented. The springs and loading gate also become a problem. At this point it basically becomes a Canadian shotgun. Only able to load one round at a time. Complete waste of money

    • @chickenshippfarmsandoutdoo4617
      @chickenshippfarmsandoutdoo4617  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@blessedjuggernaut I think I've got a jem then because I've got around 300 on mine so far. Mostly bird shot with around 60 in a mix of turkey loads and buckshot

    I ran 1290 fps federal through mine and it wouldnt cycle it. I locked the bolt back and threw it in the safe I'll try it again in about a month.lol if it doesnt cycle everything it's no good to me

    • @chickenshippfarmsandoutdoo4617
      @chickenshippfarmsandoutdoo4617  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If it won't cycle you should probably send it back. Mine has been great and I picked up another one last week so we'll see if it works too.

    • @mikehancho1613

      @@chickenshippfarmsandoutdoo4617 Yes not sure the where the issue lies it almost feels like the bolt gets stuck every few rounds. And I've polished the bore well, well lubricated, and tried different ammo nothing looks out of place no scratches inside or on the casings. Might have to sed it back

      @@mikehancho1613 try pulling and releasing the bolt several times (unloaded). Pull the bolt back and leave that way for a week, don't use the gun. Will help loosen the spring, the spring might be too tight. If that does not work, send it back.
