I would love to see your 3D model. You must have spent months on it! Things don't just fit together like that without a lot, and I do mean a lot of tedious work. Bravo!
Congratulations. I am in the early stages of starting to build my own. Wish I had all the gadgets and tools to do it as you have done yourself. Congratulations again.
Looks great and I have really enjoyed following the build. One bit of advice. Open up the exit hole in the bottom of the cowl more. General rule I've always been told for a gas powered plane you air exit hole should be twice the size of the air inlet to provide proper flow. Otherwise air kind of gets trapped inside the cowl instead of fresh air always making it in.
Brilliant design work very interesting methods of construction. Looking through your scrappy videos I noticed you are printing with a 1mm nozzle at 100%. What layer height are you using?
Dear Marko, I know its a little off topic but I really appreciate the range of processes you have in your videos and workshop and wanted to ask if you could recommend a CNC machine for wood/foam maybe 600mm min on one axis, suitable for serious hobbyist? (Like you, my X1C has transformed my modelling so now thinking about CNC). Thanks in advance, all the best.
Fantastic job!! I really enjoy your use of CNC techniques to create your airplanes. Colour scheme wise: I love the red Lion / Gilmore livery. th-cam.com/video/s6rPJ473Gfs/w-d-xo.html Looking forward to the final result!

Wow! It must be nice being rich!!!
I'm not rich. It's just that if you really dream about something, you will eventually find those opportunities
Do a Skip Stuart scheme!
Amazing job👍👍👍…colors?…would always go with white and red with fine black lines😉
Brilliant design work very interesting methods of construction.
Looking through your scrappy videos I noticed you are printing with a 1mm nozzle at 100%. What layer height are you using?
Hi, thank you. Layer height 0.32mm
Do you have any tips for doing 3d model and making the molds for cowling? I have a couple planes I'd like to design and build

Amazing videos 👏 why did you use such a small pilot for 1/3 scale?
The main reason is the weight of the pilot.
The tank will be installed in the aircraft centre of gravity!
How won’t it melt

your roto85 will overheat if you dont baffle it, please make propper baffles ;)
ok. thanks for the advice
Are you in a tent?
It's nice but it's built like for an electric motor. That gas engine vibration will make a salad 😢
ou peut'on voir voler ces models
En Estonie ;)
You’re doing a phenomenal job. I will try to reach out to you on Facebook with a suggested color scheme.
Super nice Work....
