@johnkoh3548 usually it might take around one month plus minus , I cannot conclude but certain units are just fine maybe you can try to visit as many units as you want and if you are interested then only you make a decision, but it is a fact there's some water leaking, cracks, developer cover them

Defect, leaking 已经可能真的跑不掉但是crack, leaking都会做回，他们只cover major defect，确实不能保证他们会做得很完美，多多少少还是会有一点瑕疵
