West of the park entrance on Utah State Route 24. You should see it in between the town of Torrey and Chimney rock!

Unfortunately, they removed the app from the app store :(
Now, I use The Dyrt! Just look for "dispersed" or "BLM" or "Primitive" campsites when using the map feature.
