The loader can be a trainee. We have many of them in our company. And we use movies like this to educate them. All need to start some place ;) This dumper-truck is huge. 8 passes for a load? something is not right. Max 4 passes for full truck is on the money. This Komatsu is to small for this truck for sure. If I was running that project, I would run the loading with a front-loader on those masses, and a bigger machine. But how big is the job? This is maybe a small job? Who knows.
Why do you say the operator is a bad operator? He's digging earth with large, loose stone, and loading into a very large haul truck, backed in, instead of side loading, so he has to stretch the boom to unload and fill the haul truck. The teeth on the bucket are very large, so he is likely being a bit careful on his bucket angle when digging. I didn't see anything to make me think he was an exceptional operator, but it seemed like he was a solid operator running a slightly odd combination and arrangement of equipment.
@@matthewhburch6198 I've been working on this type of job more than 25 years and I can't tell that he is a bad operator... By what it seams the machine is brand new and he is more worried whit theachine rather than production...
Statt bei der ersten Schaufel zu hupen (welche man in der Mulden-Kabine bei geschlossenen Fenster) eh schlecht hört, kippt man einfach die Schaufel aus . Erstens hört man das besser, zweitens merkt man es !
