Thank you very much for this helpful video. After my long journey I finally found my clothing style (classic and classy) and a lot of elegance tips that now I am confident with. It is really challenging to face sometimes rude comments from less elegant people. Often they dress very casual (damaged trousers and sports shoes) even in formal events/ office and often let me feel that elegance and being classy is "over the top" and rude because I should stop expressing to be better than others. Is it only me noticing or is society itself not so elegant any more?

I particularly liked tip #12 (self care is a priority, not a luxury).
I grew up with a Mom who completely sacrificed herself for us kids.
All she did was work, cook and clean.
I appreciate everything that she has done for us, but, it's unfortunate that she always neglected herself and her outer appearance. She always looked tired, bitter and stressed.
Unfortunately, since that was the energy that I absorbed as a child, that's what I'm doing now to myself.
I'm doing the same thing...
I neglect myself. I wear old, ugly clothes.
I feel like I don't deserve nice clothes or I don't deserve to look good and invest time/care in myself.
My point is, if you neglect yourself, you're going to affect your kids in a way that when they'll grow up, they'll neglect themselves as well.
So, no more sacrificing my life and my needs for others.
I'm going to put myself first.

Some people might think of it as selfish and they feel guilty prioritizing their own well-being. But truly you cannot give loving energy and help others when your own tank is empty. I have a ton of recomenndations, I think it really depends on the individual preferences & current stage in life. With that being said, from self delveopement books I like Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman, Daring Greatly by Brené Brown, Untamed by Glennon Doyle etc. From classics, I am a huge fan of Shakespear's works, I really Like Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holems, Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. The writing in these books is something you can no longer find in contemporary books

It depends on the tattoo itself, how visible it is on the body and the culture of the particular regions. In some cultures it is part of the tradition, in some it is frowned upon. For some people it is a piece of art and a major way of self expression. I wouldn't judge anyone for having a tattoo. At the same time I would not get one myself for example :)
