This all does make sense, but what If your family doesn't have the kind of money for education, we can't just avoid uni because student loan is haram, what do you do if you don't have the money for travelling, education, living out, equipment etc ?

Even though it's a good thing this task is not realistic. You can't fund everyone. Some people really got no choice May Allah help us

loan on interest is 100% haram.
Alhamdulillah, here in India higher education is free. As low as 200$ per year for even engineering and medicine.

Its CALLED a student LOAN which means its a LOAN and not investment, right?
Its INTEREST which means its a INTEREST and not profit, right?

Good video. However, bro, you should've gave other alternatives on not going University where you can still get good jobs etc for example Apprenticeships, working, training, saving up etc
Anyways good job, I might consider giving in my CV for the project, please give details on what we'll be doing.
    Salaam.

MashAllah Imran said something that was needed. Our communities are not poor, we should help ourselves instead of relying on banks. Great idea.

    السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
    جزاك الله خيرا
    سبحان الله.
This exactly what happened to me. here in America that what they after graduation 6months whether you are working or not you start to pay ur loan and if u missed a payment the interest start to kick in. and when you call them and tell them you have find a job or working they tell you to make deferment until you get a job. what they don't tell is that deferment doubles your interest.

brother u said it isn't an investment and the main reason that popped up was because the interest starts from day 1 after leaving university, therefore it is a typical loan. However the scholars who I have heard saying it is permissable because it is an investment, they said this because they said that most of these universities especially in the uk do not start the interest from day 1 after uni but only once the person has found a job and is earning a certain amount. Do these universities even exist? I'm completely lost now.

Good quesition... in reality sister that is a total misrepresentations of the truth, what i am saying can be clarified from the student Loans Company themselves... in reality the interest starts from the moment you take the loan, i atctualy made a mistake in saying it starts from when you leave university, rather it starts from day one when you take it, whilst you are in university

Wow, this is interesting. It's not at all this confusing in America. It's most definitely a loan with interest. What's happening in the UK, if they (Financial institution) didn't say investment then what's this bazaar confusion.
