I came across this awesome recipe that puts a little twist on a single serving apple pie. This is perfect for all Dads, Moms too, who want to impress the family with a simple and delicious dessert.

Ingredients
2 Granny Smith Apples (Honeycrisp or McIntosh)
4 TBSP Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 TBSP All Purpose Flour
2 TSP Vanilla Extract (all sauteed together)
1 store bought pie crust
1 Egg
1 TBSP Water
1 1/2 TBSP Turbinado Sugar
Bake for 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
