Twewy neo's protagonist doesnt have that much development thru opening and ending's of the story, unless more friends?
I still don't really get how this mechanic works, I did it by accident the first time I fought him and never figured out how. Is there like a specific timing after he counters where you can do massive damage? Or do you need to do something else specific?

Tales is better at story than neo twewy, but at gameplay neo twewy is far more fun and unique instead tales of with their spongy enemies

Yeah, if you hit him right after he does the eye counter you do a lot of damage to his armor
