CloverHAL the only reason why people don’t like it is because they can’t afford to live there, no one actually cares about “ruining the skyline” or the design, they just hate things that rich people can afford and they can’t.

Jeff Bezos could buy every apartment in the building and still have $100B leftover to buy hookers and cocaine.

@@GreekOrthodox7 well, woolworth is expensive af and nobody says a thing.
      Same with burj Khalifa.
This kind of buildings actually ruin the Skyline.
And people not hate them.directly because they can't afford them, they make everything else in the area less affordable.

Even looking in the windows with that faint yellow glow and beige curtains behind the white walls is just perfect. And the interior, my god - Don’t even get me started haha. Thank you for watching.....I am sure it is very high fees for taxes and fees.....most of these buildings in New York that are luxury are designed for the people who money is not an issue.....many people use the very high end buildings more as a bank account....for example....you buy a $20 million dollar apartment...you keep it for 10 years...you sell it for $30 million.....you act as your own banker......

Surely if it's your country ,your family mane lands and you are capable to invest money to build up a capital you turned to become one of the main gates to civilisation .The most important thing after that is to learn how skyscrapers are built in history 1/3 of the building base is underneath the surface of the earth ,you manufacture your building material your own it's another capital next to yours ,then you will gain the knowledge of realising how much it is important to differentiate between sources and resources, next the temptation arouse to own a natural source or another resource here you will get involved with real meetings with real scientists .Thus, you reach successfully to limitations don't marry from them as I got advised too cause they will share you the previous stages before you go to ask your moms her blessings;sad endings always followed high buildings .Wealthy people don't think like me they live next to skyscrapers and the day will come owning an apartment or an office as public believe happy endings always followed neighbours.
