Commissioner Lesley Briones and Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher celebrate an expansion of GRADcafé in Gulfton. Thanks to a $578K grant from the U.S. Department of Education, the Harris County Public Library and The Tejano Center ($520K subrecipient) are bringing college and career resources to more students and families.
