salt to taste
mustuerd oil
10-12 cashew
coriander leaves
8 no garlic cloves
2 tsp fresh cream
Dry spice
bayleaf 1
Dry red chilli 2
cinnamon 2
cloves 3-4
black cardamom 1
green cardamom 2
cumin seeds
for gravy spices:
1/2 TSP turmeric powder
2 TSP coriander powder
1/2 TSP red chilli powder
1/3 TSP grama masala powder
