Nice, but should have used your mill to make flats on the knuckles… studs/bolts don’t have much shear strength, they hold by producing friction between mating surfaces, which is why guys who don’t tighten their studs are bound to snap em eventually… still it will help somewhat

Thats a good idea. Im always worried about making things weaker by removing material but I probably could mill it a bit. Thanks for the input.
