He talked about the innate thing of a men just like most women prefer tall heighted mens as a spouse cuz it's their innate thinking that tall man can protect better. Yes, marriage is about companionship and emotional compatibility but sexual compatibility is also as important as the 2 mentioned above. Yes, noone can become parent without Allah's Will but again the system of choosing your spouse on these innate thinkings are installed by Allah SWT not by ourselves.

He is all about the girl being young and perfect piece for marriage ,what if anything happens to girl after marriage ,any health issue or anything disastrous to her face or body ,will the man leave her then ? Because that was the only thing he saw in her while getting married ? I don’t think so anyone should prioritise looks in marriage either the girl or a boy .
