    Fantastic insight the lady has.
As a 55 yr old person, I can vouch youngsters. After 35, you need growth! And growth happens in the absence of drama, growth happens in the absence of excitement! Stability is the necessary ingredient of growth. If you want to be stable and want growth, make sure, your family life is mundane.

Not everyone becomes beautiful with love and care. Some people are irredeemable. The only solution is to cleverly mold them with love and care. Love and care without targeted manipulation to shape their desired behavior is a waste of time or could make the situation worse by making them pampered and entitled.

Expectations without clear communication == Disappointment , Discussion about everything should be done before getting married , All the things you will do and don't do after marriage( It doesn't matter how insignificant or trivial you think the thing is ) . Stick to checklist and don't ignore them just because you love someone because once the honemoon phase of relationship ends, real life comes knocking on the door 🚪 and what you thought was a loving, caring and strong 💪 relationship, real life test your relationship and the cracks in your relationship start to form and over time it grows.
So be clear before hand !!!

If you treat husband with love and show care , love cook for them and whole family day and night. They don’t think wife need rest and to be loved. they need to help but they will be even more happy sitting on couch and spending time with their parents. Never help wife in any work and spend time when wife is handling everything .

"Burger pasand nahi aaya, pizza hut chalte hai" might be the most intuitive way of describing situationship these days. Till our previous generation, if the food of the restaurant wasn't good, we considered it bad luck and finished the food rather than insulting the food because our culture taught us to be grateful for the food we receive. Same with a life partner no matter how bad the experience. Yes in some cases, leaving the food or the marriage was the only way the person could have survived, but those were few. Sadly, today convenience takes precedence over commitment. This may be a good shift towards better work life balance but it is ruining love life.

This is one of the best discussion /explanations on relationship I've heard.... not just in podcasts, but counting print articles, TV interviews, etc.
Big thanks to Ms. Kavyal for explaining one eye opener after another. Her observations, conclusions and manner of presentation made the whole podcast as engrossing as a thriller novel throwing one revelation after another.
I am a much wiser man after listening to this podcast (I also accumulated little bit of guilt during this time... But that's a small price to pay for becoming wiser :-)
Thanks a lot Mr. Manoj for bringing this to viewers!
