How is there customer service
I aslo own Tiago xt bs6 2020 model first 6000 kilometers it gives 14-15kmpl and after that fineshed complete service it gives 17-18kmpl in City with AC on and in highway 21 and you have to maintain till 2000 rpm. And there is nothing to tell about any issues because there is no issues. Recently I visited koli hills I done the entire trip with 26 liter fuel with remaining range 55 km the up and down distance is 520 km with hill climb also there is no issues with millege .

Tata Tiago is a brilliant car.... I have a tiago XT April 2021 bs6 petrol... the build quality is excellent... the problem is many people do not know the quality of Tata cars.. they are simply superb in all aspects

I own Tiago XTO feb 2022 model. I'm getting mileage of 11.2 kmpl in city and 15.82 kmpl highway (Chennai to Trichy). I really disappointed, since it's a new car and ran only 1150km, It supposed to give mileage near to ARAI(23.84 kmpl) suggested.
drive the car 2000 rpm range...dont press accelerator much...and then keep eye on instant fuel efficient option in instrument cluster

I tested rpm meter once, Up to 95kmph the RPM shows as 2000 only and i drove @85kpmh in afternoon time(less traffic time 3pm only) . Didn't use clutch and brake much. As it is a new car and going a long drive, I won't accelerate hard.
then consult with service centre...maybe solution is available there
Same milegae problem fore also. My odometer 4200 August 2021.
During 1st service, I checked with Tata service centre, they said that Tiago car may give maximum mileage of 12-14kmpl in city and 16-18kmpl in highway. This 18-23 kmpl are just paid adds made for promoting purpose. If anybody wants Fuel efficient car, then go for Kwid, celerio, etc. Tata's (All) vehicles are heavy and not fuel efficient.

Whatever you tell plus points. This car main problem is average engine. 3cyl , no long term reliability in tata petrol engine. I won't choose this because of engine.
after introduce this engine got many updates and addressed most problems...i am using bs6 engine...there is vibration is very low

As I am long term car user. Practically I observed few points in Tiago.
Negatives:
Engine Noise and Vibration, Idle gear shake, Hard suspension, Engine 3 Cylinder performance, less mileage, less Headlight power, long distance looks car exterior resembles Indica, Indica Vista, No resale value, less spares availability in Market, After sales service from TATA is poor.
Positives:
Sufficient cabin interior space, Value for money features, Good boot space,Nice road stability, Good Ground clearance, Safety car

its depends on how you drive...mine 18 to 23 kmpl

Poor quality plastic and finish. Tata shamed Indian market. I have XUV 300. High quality plastic and engine.
This car is just use and throw car. Maintenance after 2 years Max will be more. Not value for money
My friend own a 2017 Tiago. Maintanence cost is only service cost, the car never brokedown and made any expense
