Hey Shane, I am 15 and I play baseball, about 8 months ago I got patellar tendinopathy which is basically knee pain, and now about three months ago I started getting hip pain really bad during walking. I was able to fix most of that pain using tissue massage and stretching/strengthening and able to play baseball again currently, but I still get the pain and wanted to maybe get the fai fix, I am kind of broke because of all the money I have spent on the program I used for my knees but I think this could really help.

I was almost done and tired since my diagnosis of impingement and labrum tear diagnosis end of 2020 and now I see that I have to work more on my muscles and stretch! Thank you so so much 🙏❤️
