1 Posted Racist comment on facebook: 15 weeks in jail
2 Sold anti immigration stickers: 24months in prison
3 Repeatedly R-p-d a 12 year old girl: 188 community service hours, no prison time
He was asking how this could happen.
The news is there to inform right? So context is important.
I think thats a fair question to look at these crimes and see the last one and say, you know that last one should get a tougher sentence I wonder what happened?

The Angry Bootneck (on this social media) has aired the dual standards with the judicial system rather well regards this issue!
It seems UK leadership, and media are trying to pretend that Elon posed a rhetorical question. The methods they have used to achieve this absurdity of criminal sentencing are probably irrational, in which case it may be more effective to demonise Elon than address the question.
