    sir
    very nice presentation.
How important you were in Supreme court, when our chief justice shri chandrachud ji mentioned you also along with some other judges in some context in recently held india today conclave.
As mentioned by u the law is developed according to the needs of society.Similar expression were mentioned by Retd Cheif justice shri P N Bhagwati ji in jurisprudence.
He said no doubt our constitutional framer brought many a things from different countries say US,UK and Aus etc. But he emphasised the laws must be developed according to our societal needs.
V never thought of revolution in our childhood, but today v insist use of technology in every sphere of life, including in court also, the intiative taken by chief justice chandrachudji is laudable, today v witness live streaming of proceedings of S court and high court sitting at home, thanks to govt also for their support.
I wish to revisit the video to grasp the minute points.

    Respected Sirs,
You all are appreciate yourselves promoting within Judicial circle. We as common man ashamed about Indian judicial system today. It has detoriated to very low level. Political influence has infiltrated at level. Justice is far to reach poor and under privileged. Starting from lower court to supreme court, many verdicts are controversial, unethical and against Law.
Arab Goswami can get access to Supreme court and can get bail within few days!
Even former home minister had to wait for several months.
Babri Masjid verdict has brought a clear picture about Indian judicial system. Again feel ashamed about Indian judicial system. We lost respect to these so call Lords who has to answer to real Lord one day!!!

Due process of law, substantive due process of law are not part of our constitution, but the statute made by the legislature could be looked into by the virtue of procedure established by law mentioned in article 21 through the lens of the law being reasonable , justifiable and just fair. Hence , the peek of SC into controversial statutes is maintainable.

Bar council president mp dk jain said in the retirement of cji mp high court that stop insulting to lawyers by the judges on this ground where is thrill ? In the social media era we can see easily judges sought on the advocate without any reason. I am also surviving a poor judgment by the judge, at the same time i was thinking, should i go with law degree or not, during the court experience i did join a law college for llb, but again at the same time my concerned is that lawyers dignity exists in the court of india or not.

Cynisism is the biggest reality. More than pedantic prowess of the honourable judges humanity requires holistic vision and healing compassion on the part of the judges. Retributive justice should be the last resort and that too in case of hard core crimes. Parliamentarians should not be given edge over the courts. And the law of our land ought to restore our confidence.

Due process of law can be applied to economic laws also as the starting words - talks of social-economic-political justice finally culminating in individual so even economic legislation also effect the life-liberty of individual and article 21/19/14 are just subunits of the core intention and not just direct visible criminal laws.
