I just wanted to say thanks for the 24 h in Vatican City tip! I used it last week, although I think I failed it after looking at some more precise maps. Looks like both toilets in St. Peter's Square requires you to go through Italy 😢

@@OnceUponaSaga Aha thanks but I don't think so. Those were the longest 24 h ever aha.
Specifically my mistakes were to follow the Google Maps borders which aren't acurate, so I slept at the end of the Square's pillars, nezr the main entrance, instead of between them. Then for the toilets on the North side, it turns out you need to cross the tiniest of street which belongs to Italy. Then the South toilets, near the gift shops, are I think far enough from the entrance that they cross into Italy too... The only safe toilets accessible from the Square seem to be those on the Dome.
Anyway, I'll only come back when they reinstaure the train tour they cancelled just this year 🤬
