    This happened to me in Walled Lake Michigan... I was playing drums at a party, cops raided and tried to take my equipment, car, everything under the forfeiture laws... they tried yelling in my face and trying to make me sign... I was glad I had the wisdom not to sign... all charges dropped... it would not have been that way, if I would have signed out of fear... really made me rethink police corruption... (BTW, the charge I was arrested under was "Loitering in a drug house").

      That was smart. Unfortunately, not everyone knows not to sign anything.

    I once had an ex-girlfriend who's father was a cop, she needed a new bike and the pigs were having an auction, so, she got a new bike and the bike was "sold" for $5 at the auction before the public even saw it.

    This is happening all over America. Reach out to your local police chief or sheriff, go to county commissioners meetings where they can't ignore you. You may not get immediate change but if enough people get involved we can ratchet this back over time.

    police should be federally regulated and be treated as if they're at an actual JOB. If someone at the front desk of a government agency/private company treats me poorly, they are fired. Why are the same standards not upheld for police officers? They can talk to citizens any way they wish with no consequences, and if they break a law by accident they are not held accountable.

      Keep some dark dark dark chocolate powder in the car, if they roll up with a dog, pour out the powder everywhere, hopefully the dog will eat enough for it to die from eating it.

      Not cool to harass people that aren't doing anything wrong. The animal intimidation isn't cool either and well animals are trained who is to say if that animal is really hitting on something or the handler is just cuing the dog.

    • @cravinbob
      @cravinbob 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The dogs never go into vehicles. The cop gives hand signals to the dog and the dog "alerts" so that makes a search by police legal. The dog goes back to wherever and police will find drugs the dog "alerted" to because police plant it. Police are supposed to allow you a clear view of the dog while it walks around your vehicle but they never do.

    I'm an extremely good judge of character and I've met VERY FEW cops who are genuinely good people. Most are bullies who have a bad case of little man syndrome. That's also why there is a steroid epidemic in law enforcement which in turn accounts for the extremely paranoid and overly aggressive behavior.

    Quick story. Political debate: first candidate is a sweet shop owner the opponent a doctor.
    Sweet shop owner:" Look this man here has done many evils to you, he hurts you, gives you terrible tasting medicine and tells you not to eat and drink what you like. He will never serve you feasts of many and varied pleasant things like I will."
    The doctor replies:" I cause you trouble and go against your desires in order to help you.
    The crowd is in an uproar.
    We elect far too many sweet shop owners and not enouph doctors in this country.

    When we seized property from real drug smugglers the city would just deduct the value of that property from our budget the next year. So there was no profit in it.

    I see a lot of folks do read codes, what you don't understand is if you saying you're a so call American citizen what your saying is you are a citizen of the United States corporation. Now me and my family are citizens born in the Republic of Texas and now living in the Republic of Wyoming, you all need to read what you call laws are codes no law,and you need to understand the difference between public and private. And the the public is government, and they deal with contract and Tax law, every time you sign your name you inter into a contract with that intaty. You must read and learn the Uniform Commercial Codes and how to use them, examples when you signed your name on your driver's license you inter'ed into a contract with that state that you would abide by all the traffic codes, I bet none of you have ever read the transportation codes of your state or federal government 😉. Wow its not the so called law to tell you what they can and can't do to you its your job to know, why do you think they always tell you ignorance of the law is no excuse 😉 🙄 🤔 😜 😳 😀
