Wow, you really had to venture aways away to the grocery store! I suppose if you like to stroll around & your physically able, this might be an easy way to stay active - since you need food for the house anyways! Was this the city center or just a neighborhood market? How would you compare food prices to the states? I seems strange that the eggs weren’t refrigerated but it must be normal there! The bread looked so good, I thought of so many things I could make with those loafs! Thanks for sharing!
Heard you say your trip was in late August/September so obviously YOU made it back to United States safely so that's good especially after what recently happened to tourists in Paris, France at the Eiffel Tower YOU have a inner strength that YOU exude as YOU push through leg pain and continue your journey to the stores for groceries personally speaking I love the U.S. and the amenities that may not always be readily available in foreign countries so for now I will just admire from TH-cam posts from YOU those "compostable" bags were more ecofriendly than heavier polyurethane(plastic) bags to hold your vegetables but I would have ducked into KFC and got some chicken breasts 🐓Cool international posts Take Care Yuliya! 🇺🇸🇨🇵✌☮💜
Since I found your channel in 2020 you seem to have been all over the place. I visit infrequently so I'm not sure why you're living a transient lifestyle. AAR, I've done the bag carrying thing at times & it blows chunks. That's why since I got into bicycle riding I make sure to have something on the back I can carry groceries in along w/ a backpack. Ofc there's also online shopping when the weather's god awful or you just would rather save some time. Did they not have that in France? & what's w/ the arthritis? You don't look THAT old; not even a day over 30.
